Properties and Acquisition Units was established and managed by the Administration, Finance and Human Resources Division in Sabah Parks. This units consist 6 personal in Sabah Parks headquarters and 9 other personal throughout the Sabah Parks area.

a) Acquisition

  1. Managing all the equipment and goods acquisition that is needed by all units and Sabah Parks Station.
  2. Confirming and receiving equipment and goods that one being supplied by suppliers.
  3. Preparing all the relevant documents needed by the finance division for payment.

Properties

Preparing all the relevant documents regarding assets in Sabah Parks

Supervising the application of equipment being supplied by the supplier.

Proposing to Parks management regarding assets that needed to be liquidate and replacing all damaged equipment.
